o  How long will it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

We shall send a dispatch email to you once your item(s) are on their way. Delivery times can vary depending on the day, time and Royal Mail service.

 

o  What are your delivery charges?

UK Standard delivery:                        £ FREE    (Royal Mail First Class)      on orders over £20

UK Standard delivery:                        £ 0.99     (Royal Mail First Class)      on orders under £20

                                       Delivery time: 2 to 3 working days. This service includes Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.

 

International / Rest of World:            £ 3.99

                                       Delivery time: 5 to 9 working days.  

 

Please Note: If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Please kindly check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.

 

o  Do you have a record of my previous orders?

No, we intentionally do not save your personal details or previous order information on our website. We do not maintain a 'My Account' facility. However, if you are a customer who has made a purchase on our website before, then your details and items would have been recorded safely using PayPal and via our email order system. You would have received an email confirmation from PayPal advising that your specific order has been placed successfully. If you have forgotten your order and would like us to tell you what it was, please send us a request and we shall get back to you with the item(s) you purchased.

 

o  How do I return an unwanted product?

Unwanted products can be returned for exchange or refund, as long as the seal hasn’t been removed, the product has not been used or opened and as long as it is sent back within 7 days of receipt of order. Please kindly contact us if you wish to send a product back, and notify us either by phone or email in order for us to give you a unique Returns Number. Products should be returned to our address, with a note explaining whether you want an exchange or a refund. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund or exchange as long as it meets the criteria (for more info please read our Terms and Conditions).

 

o  How do I return a faulty product?

Faulty products can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please kindly contact us immediately if you have received a faulty product, please notify us either by phone or email in order for us to give you a unique Returns Number. We will send out a replacement straight away along with a stamped addressed jiffy for you to send the faulty product back to us
